On the following pages you will find registration forms for both Fall and Summer classes.  If interested in registrating for any of our classes and you are a new student  feel  to print  the form, fill it out, and send back to the following address.   Be sure to list any phone number where you can be reached  to schedule your child's class.    Please call the office for price information.
